Our services help you to enjoy life after your baby's birth and help you to deal with any problems that may arise.

Our services are designed to help mothers who may be suffering from:

• Baby blues or post natal depression
• Not getting enough rest
• Bladder problems
• Stomach pains
• Breastfeeding problems

You will be asked to attend a post natal check appointment (8 weeks after delivery) with your doctor or practice nurse.

Contraception

It is important to discuss contraception with your doctor or midwife as soon as possible after the birth of your baby.
